Working with Steli and Aqua Damage restoration was an amazing experience. Steli went out of his way to quickly come onsite for an assessment, and moved quickly to mitigate the water damage to our kitchen. He was quick to respond to any question, routinely checked in, and had our best interest at heart. His workers were professional and worked quickly. He also helped us understand the insurance process in a kind and professional manner. I’ve already recommended Steli and Aqua to my friends and family and give my highest recommendations!
We recently used Aqua Damage Restoration for a leak under our kitchen sink for the demo, mold remediation, and reconstruction. What we thought was a minor issue turned out to be a leak spanning at least a month, that uncovered mold, rotting floorboards, and required tearing out our under sink cabinet, floor (down to the studs), back wall, and insulation. Steli and his crew prioritized getting demo work started as fast as possible, including coming out to Bothell on a Saturday to get drying equipment set up. Steli stopped in multiple times to check on humidity levels of the floor, house beams, and outer concrete foundation to make sure once everything was rebuilt we wouldn’t have any future issues with mold or moisture. Throughout the process Steli was extremely communicative about what was happening, the steps of the restoration, and was happy to answer any questions we had. He also correctly identified additional issues in our crawlspace that we were able to handle independently. Vlad did a lot of the reconstruction work, was incredibly hardworking and did a fantastic job (especially on our floors!) Thanks for being so easy to work with and getting us our kitchen back!
Our Redmond house was flooded due to a broken washing machine pipe. Hot water was everywhere all the way from second floor to basement. After seeing it, I googled water damage services and found 3 numbers to call. Steli got my house in less than 2 hours. With a few information exchanges I started having a lot of trust and decided to hire his company. It turned out to be a really good decision because they took care of almost everything well including working with my insurance company. The restoration work is neat. Within a few hours damage was completely stopped and they started working next day on drywalls, floors, carpets, and finished the mitigation in a few days, which is impressive given 3000+ sqrt was impacted. The cost is reasonable. Steli and his crew are helpful and responsive all the time. I highly recommend his company to anyone who needs similar services. They know what to do and how to do things efficiently.

I had very good experience with Steli. He came for water damage consultation, did extensive tests, went under crawl space and told us nothing to worry. Damage was limited and gave home care tips to remediate and prevent further damager. No charge for consultation.
